Analysing your results

Analysing your results involves several stages including:

• Screening your results/selecting your studies 
• Data extraction
• Risk of bias analysis
• A meta-analysis (not suitable for all types of data)
• Narrative synthesis

While the Medical Subject Librarian team are not able to assist with this part of the systematic review process, some tools that could be used to help manage the analysis are (they have limited free access options):

• Covidence
