As part of your studies you will need to access a wide range of material to support your learning. In this section you will discover how you can use Library Search to access books and journal articles, and how you can access subject databases and newspaper archives when you need to look deeper into a topic.
Use Library Search to look up items by author and title for books and journal articles. For book chapters, search for the title of the book, rather than the chapter title and by editor name/author of book instead of the author of the chapter. See the Library Search help guide for further advice or ask the Library for help.
When working on assignments, it is likely you will need to look beyond your reading list for information on your topic. Or if you're researching your own topic, you will need to find material for yourself. You can use Library Search or our specialist subject databases.
